Presbyterian Church in America: Administrative Committee

The Administrative Committee provides an annual compensation study of pastors and other staff positions.  If you would like this year’s study for your church’s region, please contact Amy Hoxter at ahoxter@pcanet.org, or call 678-825-1000.

Our compensation study is based on the confidential anonymous survey results from churches as they participate in our annual statistics gathering.  The study strives to provide:

  • Helpful categories:  We request data based on Salary, Housing, Benefits, and Total Compensation.
  • Key regional distinctions: Our study is able to provide results based on your geographic region.  These distinctions maintain the confidential nature of our respondents while delivering data that may better reflect the needs of your region.
  • Important benchmarks: We provide the median, mean, and quartile rankings for each of our studies.
