- Proof your information – no edits will be accepted

□ Advance shipments may begin arriving at Hollins warehouse. See Exhibitor Services Kit.
□ Deadline to make hotel reservation at headquarter hotel*– see registration confirmation email for link
□ Name Badge Form – deadline to submit information
□ Hosting Food Function – deadline to submit information

□ Advance rate deadline to order electricity or wired Internet from the Hyatt Regency Atlanta
□ Discount rate deadline to order materials with Hollins (furniture, carpet, etc.). See Exhibitor Services Kit.
