  • Description – 200 words or less (include any event specials, product releases)
  • Proof your information – no edits will be accepted

May 1
□ Selling From Booth – deadline to submit detailed list of items to be sold to events@pcanet.org.

May 20
□ Advance shipments may begin arriving at Hollins warehouse. See Exhibitor Services Kit.

May 17
□ Name Badge Form – deadline to submit information
□ Hosting Food Function – deadline to submit information

May 25
□ Advance rate deadline to order electricity or wired Internet from the Hilton Anatole

May 27
□ Discount rate deadline to order materials with Hollins (furniture, carpet, etc.). See Exhibitor Services Kit.

June 21
□ Last day for shipments to arrive at Hollins warehouse without surcharge. See Exhibitor Services Kit.

June 24
□ Exhibitor Orientation
□ Exhibitor Move-in
