• Practices conflict resolution through Reconciliation ministry and the Standing Judicial Commission
• Provides a forum for all committees and agencies to participate in policy decisions through the Administrative Committee
• Facilitates Special Study Committees that develop official PCA positions

 

• Facilitates examination of key denominational leaders (Theological Examining Committee)
• Mediates and resolves doctrinal controversies (Standing Judicial Committee)
• Interprets our Constitution (Committee on Constitutional Business)
• Stewarding the PCA Constitution by ensuring the accuracy, currency, and availability of the BCO and Westminster Standards

• Preserves our past (Historical Center)
• Guards the present and lays a foundation for the future (General Assembly)
• Informs, edifies, and encourages the people of the PCA (byFaith magazine)
• Consults and encourages pastors and churches through the Pastor Search Process
• Facilitates communication within the PCA (presbyteries, local churches, committees) and outside the PCA (Interchurch Relations Committee)
• Manages the legal corporate entities, the PCA office building, the channeling of undesignated funds/contributions to PCA ministries
• Connects churches, presbyteries, agencies/committees
