Dallas, Texas, June 10 - 13, 2008.

Registration:
Please complete the Commissioner Registration Form and return to
Stated Clerk’s Office:
Register Online – pay with credit card
Register by Mail – print the form and pay with either check or
credit card
(Be sure to keep a copy of the completed Registration Form for your
records.)
Deadlines:
Register before Friday, May 9, to
receive your Commissioner Handbook before arriving on site.
