Approval Process
Potential Exhibitors
What You Need:
The Administrative Committee of the General
Assembly must approve
any organization or ministry before they may exhibit at General
Assembly.
To be approved, please
provide the following two items and mail to:

Committee/
Office of the Stated Clerk
1700 North Brown Rd., Suite 105
Lawrenceville, GA 30043-8143
1. A
completed
Exhibitor Statement of Mission and Purpose
(please print a hard copy)
2. A letter of request on
your organization’s letterhead
a. Address
the letter to the Administrative Committee
b. Include
specific information regarding your organization
that would assist the Committee in making its decision
c. Indicate whether your
organization is for-profit or non-profit
