April 13 - Organization Logo for  Tote Bags due

April 30 - Last day to register for a booth at $700

               price, $800 after April 30

May 18 - Deadline for  Letter of Request to sell at

               booth

May 18 - Last day to cancel and receive a full

               refund

May 18 - Last day to sponsor the Water Stations for

              General Assembly Events

June 1 -  Last day to cancel and receive a half

               refund

June 1 -  Art work due for byFaith e-newsletter ad

June 1 -  Insert due for Commissioner Tote Bag

June 1 -  Art work due for Large Screen ad

June 14 - Booth display and supplies shipped to

               Hollins must arrive by June 14

June 19 - Late arrival.  Booth must be set up by 2

Exhibitor Checklist

              

Please review this Checklist and the Deadlines below as you prepare to exhibit at General Assembly.

  • Choose to order power, internet, extra furniture, carpet or other additional services through Hollins Exposition Services.  Registered exhibitors should receive an Exhibitor Service Kit from Hollins during April.  Use this kit to order power and internet and other extras for your booth.   If you have not received it in April please contact us at events@pcanet.org to request a kit.
  • If you plan to sell at your booth, submit a letter of request to the Administrative Committee offices by May 18.  See address below.  See Exhibitor FAQs for information on sales tax.
  • Reserve your hotel rooms by May 15.  General Assembly discounted hotel rooms may fill early.  See your confirmation email for links.
  • If you are a sponsor or purchased a la carte options, check the specs for logos, ads, or tote bag inserts.  Click here for further information.
  • Send in copies of logos, ads, or inserts for approval.  All artwork must be approved.  For specs on logos, ads, and inserts, click here.
  • Sponsors and exhibitors with a la carte options, be sure to send any logos, ads, or tote bag inserts to the PCA Administrative Offices by the correct deadline.  See Deadlines to the left or click here for further information.
  • Complete name badge forms including everyone you expect to help at your booth.  Click here for forms.
  • Check times and policy regarding booth set up and take down procedure.  Click here.
  • If you plan to ship supplies or other items to General Assembly, check policies on dates, shipping locations, and other information in the Policies and Procedures here.
