A Call for Floor Clerks: 

Tuesday, June 7 - Friday, June 10

 

Teaching Elders and Ruling Elder commissioners are encouraged to serve the Assembly as a volunteer Floor Clerk.  Each year we need about 40 responsible men to distribute materials, participate in the counting of votes, and otherwise keep the flow of business moving.  Will you commit to serve your fellow elders this year?  We need you!  To serve as a Floor Clerk, notify the Stated Clerk of your Presbytery and Sign-up here »»

Truck Driver:  June 3 - June 11

 

We need a responsible individual with an excellent driving record to drive a moving truck from Lawrenceville, GA to Virginia Beach, VA and back.  Driver needs to have a valid driver's license and must be comfortable operating a 26-foot moving truck and distance Interstate travel.  To volunteer, contact Karen Cook by e-mail at events@pcanet.org.

Loading the Truck:  Wednesday, June 1

 

 

We need 10+ able bodied men and women or a youth group to help load the Administrative Committee Truck on Wednesday, June 1, in Lawrenceville, GA.  Lunch will be provided.  To volunteer, contact Karen Cook by e-mail at events@pcanet.org.
