Hotel Reservations: Many hotels are no longer offering the GA discounted guestrooms. For information on which hotels may still offer GA discounts, please check the hotel link on your confirmation email. For more, see Frequently Asked Questions.
Refunds: Full refunds will be given through May 6, 2011, if requested in writing. One-half the registration will be refunded if requested in writing by May 20, 2011. Requests for refunds may be sent to events@pcanet.org.
Commissioner Registration Fee is $400
The following reduced registration fees are available:
A ruling elder emeritus or an honorably retired teaching elder may register for $133.
Elders from churches with less than $100,000 in annual income, per their 2010 statistics, may register for $200.

Committees of Commissioners
The Committees of Commissioners (CoC), one for each GA Committee and Agency, are made up of teaching and ruling elders chosen by their presbyteries according to a formula set forth in the Rules of Assembly Operation (RAO). Please prayerfully consider being a part of a CoC during General Assembly. Notify your Presbytery Stated Clerk that you are registered as a commissioner and willing to serve on a CoC.

*Ruling Elders must be elected by their session to represent their church at the Assembly.
