The Administrative Committee has the following Volunteer Needs in preparing for the 38th PCA General Assembly.  Please volunteer your time, gather your friends and family, and come to serve the church together.

 

 

A Call for Floor Clerks - Tuesday, June 29- Friday, July 2

Teaching Elders and Ruling Elder commissioners are encouraged to serve the Assembly as a volunteer Floor Clerk.  Each year we need about 40 responsible men to distribute materials, participate in the counting of votes, and otherwise keep the flow of business moving.  Will you commit to serve your fellow elders this year?  We need you!  Sign-up to serve as a Floor Clerk at: http://www.njpresbytery.org/fcregistration.htm and notify the Stated Clerk of your Presbytery.

 

Loading the Truck - Wednesday, June 23

We need 10+ able bodied men and women or a youth group to help load the Administrative Committee Truck on Wednesday, June 23, in Lawrenceville, GA.   Lunch will be provided.  To volunteer, contact Karen Cook by e-mail at events@pcanet.org.

 

Truck Driver - June 25 and July 2

We need a responsible individual with an excellent driving record to drive the Administrative Committee truck from Lawrenceville, GA to Nashville, TN and back.  Driver needs to have a valid driver’s license and must be comfortable operating a 26-foot moving truck and distance Interstate travel.  To volunteer, contact Karen Cook by e-mail at events@pcanet.org.

 

Media Center Volunteers - Week of the Assembly

We need four (4) responsible volunteers (high school age and up – men or women) to help with audio recordings and sales of CD’s.  To volunteer, contact Karen Cook by e-mail at events@pcanet.org.
