Food Function Reservations

   

                    

 

Thank you for your interest in hosting food functions during the 38^th PCA General Assembly!  The 2010 General Assembly will be held June 29 – July 2 in Nashville, Tennessee.  PCA Committees and Agencies and Approved Exhibitors will have the opportunity to host food functions Monday, June 28 – Thursday, July 1. 

 

Please submit your reservation forms as soon as possible, as space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.  To make a reservation for your organization’s food function, please review the Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures and complete the F&B Reservation Form, one for each function. 

 

Function space will be assigned and menus provided once the completed F&B Reservation Form is received by the PCA Administrative Committee. Please submit the completed forms to Karen Cook by:
