Thank you for registering to exhibit at the 2010 Presbyterian Church in America’s General Assembly!  

We pray that God will be glorified through the Assembly and all who attend will be blessed abundantly.

The following information will be helpful in making preparations to Exhibit at General Assembly.

 

 

 

Food and Beverage:

If your organization would like to host a food function during the General Assembly, see the Food and Beverage Web site for details.

 

Booth Assignments:

Booth assignments will be provided by e-mail to all registered organizations in mid-March.  Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis; see the Exhibitor Policies and Procedures for details. 

 

Exhibitor Service Kit:

Hollins Exposition Services will provide an Exhibitor Service Kit by e-mail to all registered organizations in mid-March.  Extra furniture, carpet, electricity, and Internet may be ordered for an additional cost.

 

Worship Services:

We would like to cordially invite each exhibitor to attend the evening worship services, held in the Nashville Convention Center.  For information about the Worship Services, please see the Host Committee Web site.
