Approved exhibitors* are cordially invited to exhibit at the 38th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).

 

The PCA General Assembly is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to promote their products and meet with church leaders and key decision makers.  The Exhibit Hall is a vital part of the General Assembly, providing invaluable contacts, resources, and information for all attendees.

 

The 2010 General Assembly will be held June 29 – July 2 in Nashville, Tennessee.  The Exhibit Hall will be open Tuesday, June 29 – Thursday, July 1.  An estimated 2,500 commissioners and visitors are expected to attend.

 

Approved exhibitors will have the opportunity to sponsor the General Assembly and further promote their organizations both before and during the Assembly. Be sure to review the Sponsorship options to the right and determine your organization’s participation.

 

Please register as soon as possible, as space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.  To register for an Exhibit Booth, please read the revised Exhibitor Policies and Procedures and complete the  Exhibitor Agreement by clicking on the buttons to the right.  Booths will be assigned once both the completed Exhibitor Agreement and payment are received and processed by the PCA Administrative Committee.

*An Approved Exhibitor has completed the Mission of Statement of Purpose, provided a letter of request on organization letterhead, and been approved by Administrative Committee Board.  See the Potential Exhibitor Web page for details.
