Hotel Information At this time, the Hyatt is full, however there are still a few rooms available at the Fairfield Inn. Please call the Fairfield's reservation line for more information (number listed below). You may also want to check with the Hyatt to see if there have been any cancellations. Click here to see a map of downtown Atlanta and other nearby hotels. The PCA does not have an agreement with these hotels. The PCA General Assembly guestroom block cut-off date is Friday, May 19, 2006. Reservation requests received by the Hyatt Regency Atlanta after Friday, May 19 will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rate. Headquarters Hotel The headquarters hotel for the 34th General Assembly will be the Hyatt Regency Hotel located at 265 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Georgia. The Hyatt Regency offers General Assembly participants rooms at the following discounted rates (plus taxes):
Fire code allows a maximum occupancy of four (4) guests in the sleeping rooms. You can make reservations through the Web site: https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_new&eventID=25438. You can also make a reservation by telephone at 888-421-1442. You will need to identify yourself with the Presbyterian Church in America. Parking is available at the hotel at a discounted cost of $17 per day. Early Departure Fee At the time of check-in, confirmation of your departure date will be made. Should you need to check out early, it must be noted before leaving the desk. A charge of $50.00 will be added for any early departures that were not noted at check-in. Overflow Hotel The overflow hotel is the Fairfield Inn Downtown Atlanta, located at 175 Piedmont Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia. This hotel is less than four city blocks from the headquarters hotel and offers amenities including complimentary continental breakfast, free local calls, and an outdoor pool. The Fairfield Inn offers General Assembly participants the following discounted rate:
You can make reservations by calling Marriott’s Reservations Department at 800-321-2211 and identifying yourself with the Presbyterian Church in America. Parking will be $10 per day. Host Housing A limited amount of complimentary housing will be available in the homes of host families. Those using the host housing will be responsible for their own transportation and meals.
