Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Presbyterian Church in America’s General Assembly – the largest annual gathering of the Presbyterian Church in America. General Assembly offers an excellent opportunity to establish contacts with pastors and elders, develop relationships with church leaders and decision makers, and network with others in similar ministries and organizations. For the upcoming General Assembly attendance we anticipate:
The Administrative Committee of the General Assembly must approve any organization or ministry before they may exhibit at General Assembly. To be approved, please provide the following two items:
Administration/Stated Clerk’s Office 1700 North Brown Road, Suite 105 Lawrenceville, Georgia 30043-8143
The Administrative Committee meets three times a year – spring, summer, and fall. We will notify you of the committee’s decision shortly after the appropriate meeting. Once approved, each year you will receive an invitation to participate as an exhibitor. If you have any question, please contact Mary Bradley Bayne by e-mail at ac@pcanet.org or by telephone at 678-825-1000. We continually seek companies, organizations, and ministries that provide products and services that will benefit the work and ministry of the Presbyterian Church in America at large and the local churches. *The women attending General Assembly, spouses of the pastors and elders, are influential and actively involved in numerous programs in their churches. Many direct or organize Sunday School curriculum, youth and Women in the Church programs, mission and outreach programs, and the daily operation of the church.
We cordially invite you to exhibit at the 34th General Assembly – the largest annual gathering of the Presbyterian Church in America. General Assembly is scheduled for June 20-23, 2006, and will be held at a downtown hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. General Assembly offers an excellent opportunity to establish contacts with pastors and elders, develop relationships with church leaders and decision makers, and network with others in similar ministries and organizations. We anticipate a significant turnout – with commissioners, their families, volunteers, staff, and visitors, we plan to host between 3,500 and 4,000 attendees. The exhibits will be located in Grand Hall, directly below the main Assembly meeting room. Plans are being made to maximize availability of the exhibits, beginning with a social function in the Exhibit Hall upon completion of Assembly business on Tuesday evening. Also, the Exhibit Hall will include the Internet Café, PCA Bookstore, Concession Stand, and a seating area where attendees may dine and fellowship.
